Born and raised in South Africa, Chantall started dancing ballet at the age of five. Chantall danced professionally in South Africa and the USA. With over 20 years of work as a dance instructor, she has trained dancers for the Rockettes, Las Vegas and Broadway shows, cruise lines, backups for famous artists, the television shows, "So You Think You Can Dance", "America's Got Talent’, music videos, movies, and commercials.
Chantall's Pilates journey began with a foot injury in her teens. As a professional dancer, Pilates has always been in her life, helping her to maintain flexibility, build strength, and recover from injury. Chantall began her Pilates training and teaching in 2010. She received her Classical Pilates USA Certification.
She has studied and been mentored by some of the top Pilates teachers in the world, including David Freeman, Brett Howard, and Jen O’Mara, who are the Directors of Classical Pilates USA Certification. Chantall is committed to continuing her education to stay at the forefront of the field by attending seminars and training with Romana Kryzanowska Certified 2nd generation masters which include Mejo Wiggins, Christena Gadar, Nicole Smith, Bob Lieken, Carey Regan, Peter fiasco, Claire Dumphry, Fernando Sadir, Miguel Silva, Rodrigo Nano, Kathy Ross Nash, Jay Grimes, Chris Robinson, Brooke Siler, Mari Winsor, and Alexandra Sanchez.
Chantall’s professional ballet training has given her an in-depth understanding of the body, movement, and the mental and physical demands required for peak athletic performance. She brings this expertise to every Pilates session, delivering precise, personalized instruction that helps clients optimize their abilities and perform at their best.

She believes that people come into her life for a reason. When they come into hers they often need guidance and support to feel and see the change in their bodies and achieve the results they want.
